JBY-BP series

The JBY-BP series of miniature diaphragm liquid pumps are a series of DC motor driven pumps designed to handle liquids. The innovative design incorporates advanced technology to make these pumps tougher, drier, and longer running than most other pump designs. These small diaphragm liquid pumps operate on the basic principle of an oscillating displacement pump. Power from the motor is converted into vertical motion by an eccentric. This motion is transmitted to the rubber diaphragm through a connecting rod. This creates a pumping effect using inlet and outlet valves. All of these small diaphragm liquid pumps can be mounted in any orientation. A variety of materials, motors and voltages are available to suit specific applications. Some models have proprietary brushless motors that give the pumps a life of 10,000 hours or more. The versatility of these small diaphragm liquid pumps allows them to be used in medical, laboratory, fuel cell and inkjet printers. The dual-head models offer the flexibility to use the pumps in different modes, including 2 separate pumps in parallel, in series, or completely independently. Notes：DC stands for brushed ordinary motor, DCL stands for brushed rubber cap motor whose service life is longer than DC ordinary motor performance is more stable, BLDC represents brushless motor with adjustable drive speed long-term work up to 20,000 hours. (It is normal for the liquid flow to rise and fall with temperature)

EPDM	Chemicals such as alcohols, acids, alkalis, oxidants, ketones and lipids have good resistance and poor oil resistance
HNBA	It has excellent oil resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, alcohol resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance. (Poor resistance to refrigerants for alcohols, esters, aromatic solutions).
FKM	Non-stick, polar corrosion resistance, shorter life than EPDM materials.
FFKM	Temperature range from – 10 °C to 230 °C with excellent resistance to aggressive media such as heat Organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers, alcohols, fuels, solvents, acid gases, hydrocarbons, steam, hot water, ethylene and propylene oxides and mixed process streams. And it can cope with a wide range of potent active drugs,
